He walked the streets of downtown Newark after traveling by air to explore America and already knew that Tia was worrying about him yet wanted some adventure. Ben was dressed in blue jeans with a white dress shirt and continued to walk down the deserted street passing only a few people in a rush. It was the middle of a long day where he had come to just get out without his clan constantly underfoot and stopped when admiring a painting of a desert. A painting that resembled so much of home and contemplated whether to buy it or not when hearing a noise a few kids went by on skateboards. When smiling it showed off how trully innocent looking he still was after all of this time because even as a vampire Ben lead a pretty sheltered life.
He would hunt when forced too yet was well taken care of by the others and had only gotten them to agree to a month away with a hard promise to be careful. Ben was just smiling as he noticed a breeze today was a beautiful day and continued to walk down the street figuring on not running into anyone because this was just a small town. The whole small town thing was a good sign that his kind wouldn't be around and figured it was a great place to hang out for a few days.

Sidney did not know why she went to Newark there was nothing really there for her there anymore since she packed up in moved to La Push. He parents thought she was away at school somewhere and she still was unsure if she should return to their house an tell them the she lied to them. She would send them emails, and phone telling them about her 'schooling progress' but never really telling them the truth. The worse of it all was the reasion why she did not want to return. Sidney left someone precious to her behind to find out she was nothing more then what she thought was a freak, and first but now she was excepting her fate.
As she waked down the streets of Newark a disgusting but recognizable smell filled his nose and began to clear out her previous thoughts. Sidney could tell it was the a vampire, here it was nothing like La Push there was no boundary, no treaty anything could happen, the sunlight would be the only thing that could stop from bring on the streets, to bad for the people of this town because it was rarely sunny. Sidney stopped herself for a moment not sure if she should approach her natural enemy or not. Sidney knew a few vampires but it took her a while to even liked vampires per say, after all they were one on the reasion she was a werewolf, one of the reasons she had to leave her life in Newark behind in the first place.
Not wanting to cause a scene Sidney Just stood on the street looking in the vampire's direction. She wanted him to notice her, see her standing there as a warning to him. It did not matter what part of the country she was in Washington or New York both places where home to Sidney and she would not let a human be turned into a vampires next meal.

He just kept paying attention to the object when turning around noticed a woman that was staring at him and wondered what her problem might be then smelled it coming from a wind werewolf. Ben had only meet a few a long time ago and didn't have any at home because they we're destroyed in great hunt courtesy of their rulers. The vampire was not one to get freaked out just because one of them was nearby and stood his ground not letting it faze him. His powers combined with the vampire strength was enough to keep him safe and simply smirked at this young woman trying to get him off edge.
Ben just shrugged his shoulders then started to walk down the street before messing with this wolf and let his fangs come down for a mere moment while licking his lips eying a young woman in front of him. He walked over to the woman that was busy reading a magazine and withing a few feet let his fangs retract then smirked at her. The vampire had spent enough time under Amun's rule to do what he wanted now and no little werewolf could faze him.

Sidney, Watch this vampire closely as he shrugged and began to walk off. She could tell by the way he acted he probably was not afraid of her; it was hard to be scared of someone who looked so little in her human form. Sidney took a deep breath and continued to walk down the street keeping her eyes on the vampire when how was in her seeing range. It was then she saw him curl up his lip a bit and expose his teeth while approaching a young woman to busy paying attention to a damn magazine then her surrounding.
Sidney had to make this vampire know that she was not scared of him either and while in her presence she would not be seen a friendly, because from his body language and the way he approached the woman. Sidney could tell that he was nothing like the vampires she heard about from Jacob, Not this one fed of humans. Something that disgusted Sidney. Running down the street as fast as her legs could carry her, Sidney was glad that even in human for she had some speed on her side.
“Sir...Miss, excuse me" she yelled in the woman’s direction to get her attention. When she was not to far from her and the disgusting excuse for a leech, Sidney stopped and looked at him.
"You have not seen my dog around her have you?” Sidney asked the man somewhat as an indication of a threat but with that woman near by she could not come out and say much.
"Anyway she looks I like wolf, and has brown eyes. She does not like men of you stature so If I were you sir I would watch out." She spoke calmly and politely holding in her anger as she spoke. Sidney had to hide her hand behind her back because it was trembling so much, but she wanted him to know that she was serious about her threat.

"I'll be on the look out for such a mutt though I can tell nature doesn't like those things," said Ben as he let a wind blow around them to point out a fact that a little wolf was way out of her league. Ben just smirked before letting it die down then continued to walk around exploring because this was a good day for something to eat. He was faminished after such a journey and wanted a meal without some little interferring werewolf getting in his way. "Later," said Ben as he just walked away showing no fear it might had been different if there was a pack around yet one wolf was nothing to worry about. The young vampire had never turned anyone in his life and didn't want too because even Tia had been turned by none other then Amun.
His one reason for becoming a vampire was because of Amun seeing potential in powers though not under control could cause devastating damage even ticked off enough.

As Sidney stood there glaring at the vampire she could tell he was not easily shaken and when the wind whipped around her blowing her hair in every which direction before dying down. She could see him smirking and it made he blood boil along with his comment about nature not liking mutts. She knew if she was in the woods right now or was a little less trained in controlling her anger she would have phased and been on that vampire with a blink of an eye. She really hated public places for a reason.
When he said Later and walked off Sidney still did not want him out of her view, she had always ran away from her problems in the past but now she was a different person and hated standing back and doing nothing while someone was in danger. Sidney ran up and to the vampire again this time shoving him in the shoulder. "If I were you I would be careful I am not the only wolf in Newark, Some of the pack I am in call this place home and I or will not stand for some traditional vampire making Newark a dangerous place for human."
{{I know it sucks I am sorry}}
